About me

I have been practicing yoga regularly since 2021 and it fills me with great joy to share with my students what I have learned on my journey so far.

 

Whether you're looking for physical activity, spiritual growth, or simply want to enjoy the moment more, you'll find it here.

If a person practices asana in the right way, the result is that even extreme influences do not throw him or her out of balance.

Group lessons

Let's grow, breathe, and move together – in group classes, you can expect a beneficial blend of mindful movement, conscious breathing, and deep relaxation. In a supportive atmosphere, you'll find space to deepen your practice, recharge, and connect with like-minded people. Suitable for all levels – come as you are.

Private lessons

Every body is unique—with individual needs, experiences, and lifestyle habits. In private lessons, I support you in developing your very own personal yoga practice, tailored to your daily life and your goals.


I take the time to get to know you and your body and adapt asanas, breathing techniques and meditation to optimally support you – for more health, mindfulness and inner balance.

 

Workshops

In my workshops, I offer the opportunity to explore various topics related to yoga in greater depth and experience the practice more intensively. Each workshop topic is approached with focus and dedication to provide new perspectives and valuable insights. The goal is to deepen certain aspects of yoga and further expand the practice.

 

I'm open to inquiries and look forward to designing workshops tailored to different needs and interests. Whether you'd like to explore a specific topic in more detail or are looking for new challenges, together we'll find the right topic for the workshop.
