From an Ayurvedic perspective, the balance between DOING and BEING is important. Many people get caught up in DOING and neglect BEING .
Ayurveda is a holistic health system that focuses on the balance of body, mind, and spirit. Benefits include promoting overall well-being, strengthening the immune system, and improving digestion. Through personalized treatment approaches, Ayurveda helps reduce stress and improve quality of life. It also offers natural healing methods that are gentle yet effective for addressing various health issues.
In April 2024, I completed the Ayurveda Mental Coach course at Rosenberg - European Academy for Ayurveda. In autumn 2024, I travelled to Kerala, India, to experience a traditional Ayurvedic Panchakarma treatment.
I like to integrate elements of Ayurveda into my yoga classes and share wisdom from the traditional medical system.
